Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us directly. When you email us, message us on Telegram, or request a free impersonation report, we receive whatever you send us - typically your name, email address, company name, job title, and details of the domains or brands you want reviewed.
• Information collected automatically. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is cookie-less and does not track individuals across sites or fingerprint devices - it reports aggregate, anonymised metrics such as page views, referrers, and country-level location.

We do not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising scripts on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries and prepare free impersonation reports
• Set up and deliver our monitoring, takedown, and trademark registration services
• Send you information relevant to a case or engagement you've asked us about
• Understand aggregate usage of our website so we can improve it

Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, operates a global network, which means data may be processed outside your home country. Where that involves a transfer out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and case-related information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, resolve any related dispute, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
